Nitro 5 comes with a 15.6-inch full HD IPS display supporting a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5600H processor built on the 7nm architecture. There are 2 graphic card options including the 2nd Generation Ray Tracing Cores & the 3rd Generation Tensor Cores powered NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card along with NVIDIA GTX 1650 graphics card, which makes it good for gaming and video editing and multitasking.
Both variants can be upgraded up to 32GB RAM of DDR4 3200 RAM. For storage, there are two slots for M.2 PCIe SSDs and up to 2TB HDD support.
Acer has implemented its CoolBoost™ technology for thermal management. For better audio, the Nitro 5 uses TrueHarmony™ technology, and with DTS: X® Ultra and 6 custom content modes with a smart amplifier with support for Windows Spatial Sound for PC Gaming with DTS license integrated.
